All our products are manufactured in a controlled environment and not a building site, this  reduces the margin for error and allows us to produce our product consistently to the very highest standard using the state of the art machinery and highly trained manufacturing operatives.

Timber frames are manufactured in our off site production facility enabling work such as ground works to continue. This means adverse weather conditions will never be a hindrance, allowing the project to run smoothly and on time to meet crucial deadlines. With the precise engineering of our design team and highly skilled erectors it allows for a quick and easy build process.

Timber frame construction is comparable to traditional building in cost terms, a vast reduction in time on site, overlap of trades, and accuracy of programming means that as an overall build cost, timber frame can work out far cheaper.

Timber is recognised as the only renewable construction material. The timber used in our products are sourced from environmentally sustainable British and European forests. Timber frame enables our designers to have a great deal of flexibility in incorporating the levels of thermal insulation into the design of the project which will inevitably save on heating costs and helps conserve energy.
